| OUR
APPROACH |
| Dawnay
Day AV Analytics offers its services in the form of project-specific
output - for single (short term) assignment or continued (long
term) services. We offer a unique opportunity to our clients
to hire our dedicated offshore based teams as a virtual extension
of the clients own research arms. |
|
|
| During
the initial inquiry by prospective clients, our teams based
at various locations in India, UK and the US strike a detailed
discussion on the kind of requirements that needs to be converted
into concrete deliverable output. We normally request our
clients for a short sample/pilot run so that they have a chance
to better understand our capabilities. The pilot projects
also give us a clear idea about the type of work, quality
standards and timeframe that are to be followed. We also suggest
different methods to make the process more refined through
value additions that will help to improve the shape of the
final output. Such trial runs help us to come up with a firm
cost proposal, which we then submit to our clients subsequently.
Since our delivery centres are based in offshore locations,
all our clients have experienced a drastic reduction in costs
by subscribing to our research and analytics services. |
| We
also cater to the specific and short term requirements of
our clients. During the course of the project, Dawnay Day
AV Analytics assigns dedicated teams for the clients projects.
At the behest of the clients requirements, the research processes
and products are completely tailor made. We are well equipped
to handle the growing work load and can easily scale up our
team size depending on the requirements of our clients. These
requirements would depend on the quantum of research activities
sought for by the clients from time to time as also the quantity
of projects needed to be delivered on an urgent basis. |
| At
all stages of the relationship, Dawnay Day AV Analytics strictly
follows all the data security measures and maintains confidentiality
of its clients and their projects. |
