ENGAGEMENT MODELS
Dawnay Day AV Analytics has the right blend of expertise, experience and knowledge and hence exists to serve its clients better in the financial services domain. The clients are offered highly flexible relationship models that ideally suit their needs and requirements.

Outsourcing
This model is purely based on the fundamentals of outsourcing. At Dawnay Day AV Analytics, the research operations are carried out on behalf of our clients by a highly capable team of analysts supported by the latest technologies and state-of-the-art infrastructure. During the course of the research projects, strict quality norms are adhered to at every stage and confidentiality of the clients is taken very seriously. By way of adopting this model, we become an extended arm of the research team of our overseas clients. The client has the final say in all aspects of the outsourced component.
The outsourcing model is remarkably flexible in nature and is designed to suit the requirements of clients looking for ways to improve productivity of their existing research resources. The flexibility aspects include charging the client on case to case basis, according to the nature of the work outsourced. The contract may range from a short to long term account and from a small or large project, or the odd reports. The charges again depend on the nature of packages chosen by the clients (i.e hourly rate, fixed rate).
BOT (Build – Operate - Transfer)
As the name suggests, this relationship model allows us to build, operate and transfer the processes for our clients. Dawnay Day AV Analytics helps its clients to set up the operations, successfully run them and later on transfer the process back to the client at the end of the decided timeframe.
In the initial phase of BUILD, we help our clients to set up the facility and infrastructure from scratch, i.e. selecting relevant technologies, recruiting and training analysts. This exercise also helps us to acquire the domain knowledge in the relevant field and subsequently build on it. Alternatively, such operations can also be set up at our various offices in India. In this case, the client can forego the initial investment for infrastructure as we already have a state-of-the-art infrastructure in place.
In the OPERATE phase, which follows the initial transfer of knowledge in the BUILD phase, we focus on operating the unit successfully as per the priorities and requirements of the clients. We guarantee successful operations through recruitment and training of the right people for the right job. With a highly qualified team along with the latest technologies and procedures, the learning curve is easily established.
In the TRANSFER phase, i.e. at the end of the stipulated time period as agreed between the client and ourselves, the entire process, people and the infrastructure would be transferred back to the client completely.
Bespoke Project Based – Custom made
In this relationship, we concentrate on the specific and short term requirements of our clients. During the course of the project, Dawnay Day AV Analytics assigns dedicated teams to work for the clients jobs. At the behest of the clients requirements, the research processes and products are completely tailor made. We are well equipped to handle the ever growing work load and can easily scale up our team size depending on the requirements of our clients. These requirements would depend on the quantum of research activities sought for by the clients from time to time as also the quantity of projects needed to be delivered on an urgent basis.
